Playing

Whatever it is, make it the cost of the Dragon Ruler and return it with a D/D/R. Especially 《The White Stone of Legend》is perfect for the cost!
I use Ryūkei, Orobu, and Mausoleum to fertilize my GY, and play 《Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon》in the early stages to get Blue-Eyed Hakuryu.
The opponent's unpleasant cards are disturbed by "Cyclone" and other traps.
After that, see the gap and punch!

Strength

《Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon》can be put out relatively early. (I made it properly, but...)
Dragon Ruler can be played without stopping.

Weakness

Occasionally there is an accident with the hand...
It's honestly tough when you lose power...
