Recently, I've been playing around with his deck, and I've been able to get a good win rate.
With Gael and Tidal, he deploys GY Fertilizer and Nimble at the same time, and is a Deck that attacks with the highest grade that can get ads and various rank 2 supports.
It's been improved to some extent, but the most scary thing is the card accident on the first turn, so let's create a situation where we can do something with moray eels and trade-ins. The ideal is "Monkfish Cost → Demon ss Yomiotoshi → Sunfish x 2ss → Demon Bounce", but you can also transfer sunfish and magic knowledge. Please do your best in deck compression such as sunfish special attack.
When GY gets fat to some extent (Mulan's GY water 5, Tidal 2 times about 4), I will attack. After deploying earnestly, if the rider can cover it, the opponent can do almost nothing. It's even better if Gantetsu is there at this time.

[Mulan Grace]: If this guy wanted to use it and used this and that, it would have become such a messy composition. 3 Tidal, 2 Iki, 1 Yomi, etc. He can adjust GY water, so unless there is a lot of trouble, he will come out. The most scary card after it comes out, but you can't help but take it out.
[New Mobius]: It depends on the opponent, but Night Shot 3 in a row is still strong. It is useless against Counter Trap, Veiler, and chains to other cards. When you pass the turn, if you make Mulan and Fergra, you will get a bad look.
[Light and Darkness Dragon]: Gael Monarch I was interested in using it, but this time I pulled out the goose and touched it for the first time. If he is a deck, he is the only Monarch that can compete with the summoning right, so it would be nice to be able to put it out after deploying Gantetsu Phoenix Tidal. Rank 4, Junk Doppel, etc., which I was not good at, became considerably easier. Beware of Yomi.
[Rank 2]: Normally, the phoenix or kappa is set up first. This is because the material can be actively removed. In particular, Kappa is perfect for Mulan's companion because he can protect his GY water adjustment and even just the return turn. When you want to put out a rider, use Gantetsu.

Weakness

Most frog measures are useless. I don't have it because I don't play many matches, but Cyclone is a must on the side.
