Playing

While earning ads with Gadget and Gearframe, quickly develop and attack with Fortress, Redox, and Tin Goldfish.

Strength

The advantage is that you can replenish your hand, so you can secure the cost of Thunder Break, and the hand accident is less likely to occur. In addition, since it's easy to get Rank 4 monsters, you can aim for a turn 1 kill by turning Hope into his Rank-Up-Magic and turning it into Hope V.
Redox can not only revive Fortress, but also can dominate the field with Big Eye and Dragosac because he can use himself as a rank 7 material. In particular, Big Eye can take control of your opponent's monsters, so it's a come-from-behind card.
Rank-Up-Magic uses Limited with no race restrictions, allowing him to summon Umbrals and Hundreds for a wider range of strategies. Umbral's effect is limited, but when Xyz summoned, it can destroy his Spells and Traps on the field, so you can destroy his Spells and Traps, which are the weaknesses of this Deck.

Weakness

Special Summon Bind such as Christia will block the main firepower monster of this Deck, so let's remove it with Thunder Break etc. and finish it at once.
Exclusion also prevents Fortress from reviving, so it should be removed quickly with Cyclone or Thunderbreak.
In addition, cards such as 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》that do 《Deck Lockdown》and mistakes make it impossible to replenish the hand, so the rotation of the Deck becomes worse.
I tried it several times, but the cycle didn't go well when I was repeatedly hit by interference cards such as Effect Velas and removal cards such as Ground Smash.
