Jump Festa 2014... After some unexpected flagging, the contents of the Premium Pack have finally been revealed.
The two new main decks are a bit difficult to use, so I gave up on using them... 《Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force》and three Chaos Numbers. These have specs suitable for being called a trump card, and it seems that we can expect a lot from them.
As a satellite citizen, I went to Janfest to get a card. So, here is what I tried to make after repeated verification.

⚫︎《CNo.88 Gimmick Puppet －Disaster Leo》
It is one of the Gimme Pape Xyz that looks pitiful with much less burn damage than the anime version. It's a monster with strict restrictions, but it's not taken as a target and has a high ATK of 3500, so it's a reliable monster. If you use 《Oni-Gami Combo》against Destiny Leo and use the burn effect to sustain it until the end phase, if the opponent's monster is one of his Attack Position monsters with ATK 1000 or less, a one-shot kill will be established. By the way, since it's a special victory card like the example, it won't be negated by 《Skill Drain》. However, I would like to pay particular attention to 《Torrential Tribute》and 《Bottomless Trap Hole》that do not target.
⚫︎《CNo.40 Gimmick Puppet －Devil’s Strings》
During Special Summon, destroy all monsters with string counters on them, draw a card, and deal damage to monsters with the highest ATK among the destroyed monsters. A monster that has the effect of placing The main effect is during Special Summon, and basically you won't use the effect after you rank up.
⚫︎《CNo.15 Gimmick Puppet －Serial Killer》
A monster that neatly copies the effects of the anime's 《No.1 Infection Baal Zebul》. Destroys a card on the opponent's field, and if it is a monster, it has the effect of inflicting damage equal to her ATK of that monster. The RBI is a little unsatisfactory, but I think that it is easy to use because it does not depend on the material. Also, even if you destroy a monster in the backside Defense Position, you can still deal burn damage (as of December 24, 2013), so you can expect moderate damage to your opponent.
⚫︎ 《CX Hot-Blooded Guiding God Ultimate Trainer》
It is a hot-blooded monster that draws 1 card once per turn and gives 800 points of hot-blooded guidance to the opponent if it is a monster. With 3800, his ATK is the highest among existing rank 9 monsters, and he is a monster that boasts a wonderful presence in being unaffected by effects. If Xyz Monster is used as a material, the effect can be used, so it is a very compatible card with Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force, which can rank up from any Rank 8 monster.

Strength

New Chaos Numbers have been added, making it easier to inflict severe damage on your opponent. The explosive power of Rank-Up-Magic has also increased. Use the wisdom of mankind to slash your opponent's LP.

Weakness

Stop blocking Special Summon Bind, Dimensional, GY Bind, Rank-Up-Magic will die. Also, due to the nature of the build, there is certainly less Spell/Trap removal, so Decks with thicker backs are a bit scary.
Another nasty card is Naturia Beast, which interferes with all of his spells, including Rank-Up-Magic.

Customize

Disaster Leo is hard to put out, so how about it? When Primal Origin goes on sale, you may want to replace it with 《C No.107 Super Galaxy-Eyes Interdimensional Dragon》if you like.
