Playing

Synchronize, Xyz, or beat while removing with Master Jeeg normally.
Use Psychic Beast to eliminate Master Jeeg, and use Kintele to bring ✪ Saiga or Commander to synchronize. (10 or 11)
Return the removed psychic with 《Brain Hazard》, or collect it with 《Psychic Path》.
When you have Teleport or a returning Master Jeeg on the field, if you SS the Gensui Dragon, you'll get Rank 8.
