Comprehensive evaluation: 《Eva》should be equipped with 《Union Carrier》.
You can search by Special Summoning 《Valkyrie Sechste》and recruiting 《Valkyrie Dritte》.
After that, you can use the two of them to play 《Union Carrier》and use LIGHT as an equipment card.
If you equip Eva and put it in her GY, you can use the search effect, or you can simply equip the Valkyrie you want to revive and then revive it.
If 《Diviner of the Herald》is the starting point, 《Trias Hierarchia》also exists, leading to Rank 9.
You could call it a card that gives you an advantage.
There is also a way to use Continuous Spell, but it seems to break the balance, so it might be good to use Field Spell or a monster that turns into an equipment card.

I think the effect of (2), Special Summoning a "Valkyrie" monster of level 8 or lower from your hand/GY, is excellent.
It's a superlative monster, but in addition to 《Ride of the Valkyries》"Castle of the Gods - Valhalla", there are plenty of Special Summon methods such as the effect of (1), so I don't think it's a problem.
For the effect of (1), I think that ``Castle of the Gods - Valhalla'', which goes well with the ``Valkyrie'' Deck, is suitable.

The 2 effect is exclusive to his Valkyrie, and applies to everything except his current self. It will be easy to connect to further development.
At level 9, there are many Decks that use his TRUE, King, and other face-up spells and traps, so it's possible to ignore the effect of 2 and not expect to be adopted as a general-purpose deployment member.
I think it's a great card overall.
