Even though it supports the search for 《Valkyrie Dritte》, it's a mysterious card with heavy demerits in addition to activation conditions. It doesn't target anything, but to be honest, it's a bit confusing, but it's a Normal Spell that targets and is limited to monsters. If you use it, you want to use it with a card that can reduce the disadvantages.
Valkyrie also has such a card, and if you use it with mischief you can eliminate most of the disadvantages.
