DD seems to have a lot of P-meta unnecessarily.
It has a P-meta effect with 2000 RBI at the lower class, but if you treat it as an attacker, it will be used as a DD.
Even though it's called P meta, it doesn't respond unless it's P-summoned, and it's hard to hit his Deck opponent who earns an ad by self-destruction like Magician, so the effective range is narrower than I thought.
The Pendulum Scale isn't bad at 8, but it's an unsatisfactory number for many DDs with levels 8 and above. As an attacker, DD basically deploys a large number of EX monsters, so there is little need for low-level attackers.
Even if it's a card against a strong lower class like 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》, the fact that it can't be used as an attacker without lining up here is a hindrance.
If you want to play P meta in DD, there are many candidates such as Super Death Great King and Kali Yuga.

Low level 2000 attacker doesn't seem to be a necessary element for DD, and the effect of 2 is narrow and the activation timing is delicate, so I don't know what I want to do.
It's easy to deal with because you can see the scale effect and attack the opponent, and even if you negate the effect and check the attack, it will be connected to Link etc. Isn't it better to summon a negate with God?
Regardless of the heyday of Pendulum, why did a card specializing in such a subtle Pendulum meta come out now?

The Pendulum effect blocks the attacks and effects of his opponent's Pendulum Summoned monsters. I don't know if the opponent will use his Pendulum Summon, and since I can see it, it can only be a check. But for some reason, it has the phrase "only once". Are you sure you have the wrong card? The Pendulum Scale is 8, which is a fairly easy-to-use number, but 8 is honestly a little strange in DD. The monster effect is to limit the attack of the demerit attacker, negate the effect of the P-summoned monster, and choose an opponent.
