On top of being very narrow in what he can enhance, Borrel is either strong in combat or not for combat, so there's not much point in enhancing him.
Since the increase value depends on the monsters that are excluded, her ATK may not increase very much if it is just a stepping stone, so drop a link with her ATK to her GY with some awareness. I need to do it.
Excluding Link 4 Borrel would add up to 3000, which is quite a lot, but I wouldn't go out of my way to include it just for that reason.

The combat power of the Borrel monster is quite high, and I can't really think of a situation where this card would help. The benefits obtained are also limited to 1000 for strikers and thorns Borrel, and it is a level that general combat corrections that do not perish may be good.
If you use a Link 4 Borrel monster as a material, the explosive power of 3000 increase may be attractive, but waiting for that is a good place to wait. I wonder if the use is quite thin.
