A senior fortune-telling witch who wasn't very user-friendly even in her vanilla era, but even with the effect added, it's still not user-friendly.
In spite of the fact that it is rotten and impossible to draw with the first hand, and the status is zero and full of risks, all you can do is remove her Spellcaster monster from her Deck.
She doesn't have a Spellcaster, and although she can help activate Fortune's Future, I don't think it's worth taking the risk.
Too many cards for everything.
She said she would be unhappy if she drew, but that's true and she wants to avoid it by not putting her in the deck.

Fortune Lady, which is the same curly theme, has some exclusions, so there is synergy itself, but as many people say, it's a combo premise effect, and if you ask me if I use this even if I carry an unhappy element. ....
Support is abundant, but the effect will not be demonstrated unless the hand is expanded, and the support that is compatible is limited.
I think it would be difficult for non-fans to use it unless it comes with a good card that is fairly compatible.

The effect itself is powerful, but I don't recall having many cards that could take advantage of being directly banished to Spellcaster. You'll want to use it in decks that can take advantage of exclusion advantages, such as Fortune Lady. In the same fortune-telling witch, Fuu-chan has the effect of collecting banished cards, but she can't use the Special Summon effect to collect cards, so it's a delicate line whether it's necessary or not?
