It absorbs GY's Link Monster's ATK as it is, so it's efficient as a pump up, but the reality is that it can't beat the RBI increase of access. What does it mean to lose even at LGD...
You can skip 2 removals at most, but if it's an access, you can skip 3 or 4 removals with GY removal even if you don't release it.
There is a point of releasing monsters as the only differentiating element. You can step on the trigger of 《Link Devotee》, but that's it.

① RBI up. It only targets GY's Link Monster, so it's great that you can get a high RBI without consuming cards. If you put out a combination of 3 links + 1 monster, in many cases you can aim for 4000 or more points.
② is an effect that releases the linked monster and destroys a card on your opponent's field. Untargeted Destruction is great, but it requires releasing monsters, so you have to be prepared to spend a fair amount. Considering it as a general-purpose Link 4, it can't be helped to say that there must be the best way to do something like that.
However, in the Cyberse Deck, he is a Link Monster with a valuable removal effect, and Cyberse Link Monster is very lacking in removal from effects, so this effect is very welcome.

The link material is very loose, but the hitting point is very poor for a link 4.
