It has no meaning by itself, so it may not be as easy to use as 《Jigabyte》or 《Nefarious Archfiend Eater of Nefariousness》.
However, it can search 《Grand Spiritual Art - Ichirin》, 《Wynn the Wind Channeler》and 《Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms》, so it is an indispensable card if you don't have many Dragons and use 《Mysterion the Dragon Crown》.
You may be able to use it when you want to call Mysterion while preserving 《Timaeus the United Dragon》.

"Inari Fire", which came out first, was released in 2012, and "Nefarious Archfiend Eater of Nefariousness" and "Jigabyte" were released in 2014. Five years later, the familiar "Wynn the Wind Charmer" finally appeared. The usual common effect and unique effect is the revival of companion status.
Unlike Eater and Inari, which revive themselves, it activates immediately if destroyed, but you cannot revive yourself, so preparation is quite troublesome.
Recruiter's 《Jigabyte》is a bit painful even considering the presence of mediums and Dragon support, and I don't think you'll need that many in a Charmer Deck.
