The effect is powerful as it recruits from his deck, but accumulating 3 magic counters is troublesome, and depending on the hand, the effect may not be usable.

I think the recruiting effect of the P effect is really excellent.
I think the effect of (2) is compatible with the monster effect of "Mythical Beast King Jackal".
Even if it is destroyed, you can return to the P zone while maintaining the magic counter due to the effect of (3), so I think there is no waste.

A powerful card with strong P effects and monster effects. With the P effect, you can recruit monsters with ATK 1000 or more that can place a magic counter with yourself by removing 3 magic counters. In addition to being extremely wide, it is also possible to recruit top-level monsters such as 《Reflection of Endymion》, 《Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic》, and 《Mythical Beast Master Cerberus》. And you can put magic counters on them. Also, thanks to the effect of placing a magic counter on the opponent's turn and the effect of going to the P zone when destroyed, it repeatedly jumps sideways every turn unless it is a removal other than destruction.

P effect that puts a magic counter on Spell activation, P effect that Special Summons a monster that can put a magic counter of ATK 1000 or more on itself and the Deck by removing 3 magic counters, and can attack directly if a magic counter is put on it A low-class Endymion monster that has the effect of discarding cards during the opponent's turn to supply counters to cards that can be placed on magic counters, and the effect of taking over the counters and placing them in the P zone when destroyed.
His Special Summon spot for P effects is his deck. Perhaps because he doesn't include himself, he's bound to have an ATK of 1000 or more, but he won't be at a loss when it comes to calling in attackers. You can also jump out into the field yourself, but you can also accumulate magic counters on the field and come back again.
The ability on the field is a direct attack, but this only increases the firepower a little. The effect of accumulating magical power counters is powerful, but it's difficult to use it over and over again because it costs your hand. It tastes better if you can use rotten 《Spell Power Grasp》. Returning to the P zone works well with this card, which has a powerful P effect, and you can aim for recruiting once again. Is it particularly easy to use among all of Endymion?

A scary child who comes back to life no matter how many times you defeat him.
The P effect is to place a counter every time a spell is activated, remove 3 magic counters, special summon monsters that can put magic counters on this card and his deck, and put magic counters on them.
The monster effect is that it can attack directly if it has a counter on it, that it scatters magical power counters at the cost of the hand card during the opponent's turn, and that it returns to the P zone when destroyed.
Anyway, the P effect is a miscellaneous word. A compliment, of course. The recruit range is very wide, so it's easy to use, and the cost is only 3 magic counters, so you can easily bring out a wide range of monsters.
The monster effects are also plainly disgusting, direct attacks with 900 RBI can't be taken lightly, counter scattering can earn a huge number of counters depending on the number of counters, and the effect when destroyed will lead to the next P effect. .
On his own, he summons monsters from the deck while doing a Special Summon, and even if he is destroyed, he returns to P, and he summons monsters from the deck and comes back on his own. I think it's a card that plays a central role in the Deck, with no visible weaknesses.

A reasonably strong card with no drawbacks. Since he is a WIND/Spellcaster, he can also be used in Majespecter (whether or not he actually uses it is another matter).

Roughly strong guy who recruits new Endymion and King Jackal
Even if it is destroyed, it will return to the P zone, so there is a one-chan P summon
