The first effect is to draw 1 by excluding the Evil Eye of his GY when activated. A 1 draw at a cost of GY is simple but useful and a boon to the Evil Eye as to how they can draw a card that gives them access to Sariel.

For the time being, it can be used as a countermeasure against exclusions such as Cosmic Cyclone, which Selenium is not good at.

Weaknesses also gain combat resistance with 《Evil Eye of Selene》, so all you have to do is pay the damage you receive.
The effect when destroyed is the collection of excluded cards. This card, Medusa, and cards removed by 《Evil Eye of Selene》can be recovered, and it also serves as an answer when 《Evil Eye of Selene》is removed. It will be active with Pareidoria as a target to destroy with Sariel's effect.
