Basically, when it comes to removing one opponent's monster, it goes without saying that removing a monster with a high RBI will give you an advantage.
Destruction Ring is able to do both, and for some reason this is a meaningless card that can remove the monster with the lowest hit point only when your own monster is destroyed.
