Evaluation falls considerably at the point of dependence on the other party
It's compatible with Shadow Dystopia, but it's also tough because it's likely to rot without it.
Admittedly difficult to recruit

His Quick-Play Spell can steal the opponent's GY monster, but it's a pretty difficult condition to handle unless it's a 2:1 exchange and a mirror match.
Recently, there are many cards that have high versatility in EX, so if you use a card with the same attribute and race as EX, you can aim for it, but it is still highly dependent on the opponent. .
If you just want to steal your opponent's monsters from his GY, he has a higher LP cost on his Equip Spell, but there is also Autonomous Action Unit.
It's pretty strong on its own, so as already said, a combo with Shadow Dystopia is desirable. Under dystopia, it becomes an effect of killing two birds with one stone.
If you do a good job, you can get a decent return, but I feel that it is a card that is difficult to handle due to its strong combo and opponent dependency.

agent.
His Quick-Play Spell that releases one of his monsters and revives "opponent's" monsters with the same race attribute.
Even if you use it normally, there will be things that are difficult to encounter other than mirror matches. It is a big minus that it is difficult to set up a strategy because it depends on the card used by the opponent.
Using it to deal with cards that steal control from your opponent, or releasing your opponent's monsters in the already mentioned Shadow Dystopia, you really need to be creative.
As long as you use some ingenuity, the benefits you can get are relatively large, such as complete resurrection.

It is written to be used as a shadow dystopia, and it is a rare level to be so blatant.
If you don't have a dystopia... think about it.
If you just use it simply, it will be difficult unless it is a mirror match, so adoption will probably be postponed.
It's a little disappointing because the effect is interesting, but if you just write "Monster Reborn" of Quick-Play Spell, you can say that it's powerful enough to lose stability.
The races and attributes of the main deck are basically scattered, so I'm going to ignore it, and basically I want to steal the monsters in the EX deck.
From the above points, I wonder if it will be used in Dystopia.

If this is alone, it's a piece that depends on the other party, but...
If there is a dystopia, one piece of explosive ad!
Release the opponent's monster at a cost, steal the opponent's girlfriend's GY (released guy), and a Quick-Play Spell. (;´∀`)… Wow…

One of the types that steals a lot of opponent's cards this time.
Instead of being a Quick-Play Spell, it can be said to be a limited 《Symbols of Duty》.
It can be activated on the opponent's turn, so it can be seen as a GY meta in a sense, but if the monster that can be stolen is the same race and attribute as the released monster, it is almost unreliable except for the mirror. Even if Monster Reborn isn't enough for you, it would be difficult if you asked me if I could use it.
It's almost unheard of, but since you can revive released monsters with the same name, it might work effectively if you use common EX monsters that don't have the name Turn 1.
Also, it doesn't matter, but is this effect okay with P-themed illustrations?
