As already mentioned, this card can be used for various combos by strengthening Junk Warrior and freely manipulating levels. Personally, I put it in Infernoid, which sometimes gets caught in level restrictions.
If you only look at the destructive effect, Troimea Cerberus' versatility will be the winner, so should it be used as a frame compression in Xyz or his deck that synchronizes?

The effect of destroying a monster of the same level will destroy the monster whose level has been manipulated by level manipulation, but it is powerless against Link and Xyz due to its nature, and this card's level manipulation is done first.
