Following on from the Mirage Stallion, Cybers has a new Xyz that looks exactly like a Machine.
In making it rank 3, beigoma regulation may still be ahead.
The effect is to salvage Cybernet Spell Trap, and to recruit two level 4 Cybers when destroyed in the state of being X-summoned.
The effect in the first half may be after considering 《Micro Coder》, but it is nice to be able to reuse single-use cards such as new mining and backdoors. Of course they have a turn 1, though.
The recruit effect is excellent if it's just the amount of recruits, but in addition to the negate effect, there's a part that depends on the other party, so it's a bit of a bonus.
