If it is a non-Pendulum EM monster and is his Tribute Summon, the effect of lowering his opponent's ATK by the number of his Pendulum in the EX Deck x 500 during battle, and two when present in GY It has the effect of salvaging itself when Pendulum Summoned above.
Perhaps the second half of the effect collects it and releases the monster that Pendulum Summoned.
The lower value is about x500, but if I don't use his Tribute Summon, it's just like vanilla. It's a subtle point when asked if it's a monster.
