For the monster effect, it would be better to revive from Angel or recruit with Meister, but the former is not so good, the latter is inconvenient in many ways, and even if you put it out, it has a weak burn of × 200, and GY's Frightfur. Only is a little inefficient.
Why did this happen when Daredevil from the same manga was made x500?
The P effect increases the number of Fusion Monsters on the field by 300, and he draws 1 when Frightfur is his Special Summon. I have to say that 1 draw is really salty.
Fluffal is of little use in the future unless he wants to enrich his Pendulum or mix it with other of his Pendulum themes.

If his Pendulum-axis Fluffal was strong, it would be fine, but at present, with only Fluffal Angel to pair with, he is nothing more than an accident agent in Fluffal. To be honest, it's hard to use a weak pump up and draw effect of 300.
