The non-tuner effect is also exclusive to TG, so it doesn't have versatility, but I think it's a card that was made with a lot of thought.
I think it's an ideal enhancement to make the librarian stand up and create a flow of Guardian → Reciprocating Dragon Fly with the generated tokens.
