This card is like a remake of the Goddess of Reversal, and as the name suggests, it is an effect that can aim for a reversal, but as already said, the activation conditions are extremely severe.
The risk of being negate is very high and it goes through the back because it interferes with the deck. Due to the activation conditions, it is almost impossible to return to negate, so I feel that it is a fairly high-risk, high-return card.
Considering the adoption rate of the current meta cards (especially Urara), the risk is very high, so it doesn't seem like a practical card.
However, I think that it is a good remake card with a romantic effect that does not lose its name from the original remake.
