The salvage effect and resurrection effect are good, but it is quite difficult to use because it requires GY to be fairly fat and requires a hand cost. Trap and slowness is also a bottleneck, and you have to wait until your turn to salvage Ritual Spells. The effect of ② is very heavy with 5 cards, and 1 draw for that. The opportunity to activate it will not come soon.

A Normal Trap card that has the effect of discarding 1 card from your hand, reviving GY's Vendread and adding Ritual Spell to your hand, and removing 5 undead from GY and returning them to his Deck to draw 1.
His revived Vendread should be used as Ritual Spell material for Rituals. He's a good way to deploy Vendread on the field, but Vendread and Ritual Spell can't even be activated unless he's in GY, and it can't be used immediately because it's a trap.
