If you destroy this face-up card with 《Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys》or 《Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys》, you can recruit and revive your favorite "Nephthys" monster without negate the effect.
Since there is a disadvantage of self-destruction, I think that it is good to use revived / recruited monsters for various materials.

To put it bluntly, the effect in the first half is a bonus level, and the only evaluation point is that it can be activated with Flice for the convenience of the effect.
The second half effect is to summon Nephthys from a very wide range when this card of "face-up" is destroyed, and if you look only at the quality, it is close to the perfect score level.
However, the conditions for destruction do not include the hand or set state, and the disadvantages of being a Continuous Trap are still packed, and this is tough with Nephthys, which is already conspicuously slow.
Just like Hope, which is a Normal Spell, it gives the impression that it's one step closer.

Being able to Special Summon from the deck is strong. However, it is too disappointing that the pump up is 300 and weak. I wanted at least 700.

A Continuous Trap that allows Nephthys her Special Summon when destroyed, while bottoming out her ATK on Nephthys.
The increase in ATK is small at 300, but it's nice to have Phoenix God at 2700 to some extent. It will reduce the rate of being broken through in battle, even if only a little. However, this is an effect that is too sad to be a favorite, and it is not very likely to be adopted.
The main effect is the second effect. You can actively break it with the effects of Phoenix God and Souou God, and recruit and revive from effect destruction. However, it must be destroyed by face-up, so the activation timing does not match with Sououjin. On the contrary, it is a perfect match with Phoenix God. Special Summoned cards are destroyed at the end, so I want to immediately use them as materials for rituals and links. If you use it on your opponent's turn, it will be destroyed as it is and you can use the effect on your next standby.

The ATK enhancement of (1) extends to all Nephthys monsters, but I think that the lower Nephthys will receive almost no benefit even if he raises ATK by 300, and the highest Nephthys can only feel relieved at 《Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys》.
However, with Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, he can be actively destroyed and connected to (2) Recruit, so he has an amazing ATK up bonus element.
