It will be destroyed on the turn you use the Recruit effect, but since it can be revived with the Nephthys card, it can also be used as a cost for Link 2, 3, or another enchanter.
It's a pretty important card in Ritual Nephthys, but if I had to say extravagantly, it would have been even better if the Recruit effect could be done during Special Summon, and the Revive effect could be done with a card other than his Nephthys card or a card in the field.

It has the disadvantage of self-destruction, but if you link summon Nephthys together with the recruited monster, I don't think there will be a problem.
Even after using it as a link material, I think it's good that it can lead to further link summons due to the self-regenerating effect of (2).
I think it would be nice to have a "Nephthys" monster that has an effect when it is destroyed by an effect as the hand to be destroyed.
With 《Pre-Preparation of Rites》, you can also search and salvage with 《Rebirth of Nephthys》.
