With the appearance of 《Galaxy Photon Dragon》, I feel like I can shine more than before. However, the slowness of Trap is a hindrance, and if you do that, it's easier to get rank 8 normally. Being able to build Lord Photon on your opponent's turn sounds interesting. A rank 12 Galaxy might shine, but that's unlikely...even if it does, it'll come with RUM.

When it first appeared, Photon and Galaxy didn't have any good cards in Rank 4, so they didn't even look at it, but it turned into a big deal with 《Galaxy Photon Dragon》. Search for Lord Photon or Titanic Galaxy to interrupt 1. There is a possibility that it will become a general-purpose card for rank 4 decks in the future.
There is a back way to get 《Galaxy-Eyes Cipher X Dragon》from 《Photon Strike Bounzer》. It's less practical, though.

An easy way to use it is to change 《Starliege Photon Blast Dragon》to Rank 8. However, if you're going to get a 《Galaxy》/《Photon》rank 8 at the moment, I think it's better to prepare a level 8 that's easy to get out and put Photon Blasts next to it.

It is used when setting up 1 initial move and 2 obstructions. Excellent compatibility with 《Galaxy Photon Dragon》. Rank 12 Galaxy / Photon X monsters are also waiting.

It's amazing to raise 4 ranks at once, but with Photon/Galaxy, you can easily reach rank 8 without using this card.
And I'm worried about the slowness of Trap

Basically, the RUT is changed from rank 4 to rank 8.
Since it's a trap card, I think it's easier to use Galaxy-Eyes's Photon Lord, which can be searched even during the opponent's turn.

An effect that X-summons a high-rank Xyz-monster using the target's Photon or Galaxy monster as material, regardless of the type of Xyz-monster.

There must be a Photon or Galaxy in play, and the rank up destination is limited to either Photon or Galaxy. Therefore, basically rank 4 should be ranked up to rank 8.
A good target for Photon blasts that meet the activation conditions and have a problem with ATK. Since this card is a Trap card, I wonder if it would be better to go with Photon Lord or Titanic Galaxy, who can use its effect even during the opponent's turn. Galaxion, who summoned a Photon Dragon, is also a good target, as other cards on the field can satisfy the conditions.
Weirdly, she can also turn her Photon Photon Strike Bounzer into a rank 10 Galaxy Destroyer. It's a card based on the RUM concept, so there may be accidents, but it's a very interesting card.
