If you salvage it, it will be a Special Summon, and you can draw 1 if you put it out with this effect and become a link material.
If it can be used well, it will do a good job, but the problem is how to salvage it.
Profibit is relatively easy to use, but it takes time to prepare and smooth operation is difficult.

Since it has an effect that depends on the combo, it is strong if you can create a flow to operate it. It's level 1 and has 0 offense and defense, so it has a lot of support, but I feel that it's a little lacking in terms of using it in Cyberse.

There is no removal disadvantage, which is rare for this kind of effect. On the other hand, the support around this card is not so fulfilling.
It can be useful once you get around it, but considering that there are many other excellent Cybers who are highly dependent on combos and can be handled well, it seems that the current priority is difficult.

It's painful to have to send him to GY in advance because it's rotten in your hand.

In the anime, it plays an active role as a draw source, and I expected it to be a long-awaited card for Cybers, which consumes a lot of money. It may have gotten a little hazy because an exceptional microcoder came to the same Strak.
But performance is really good. Special Summon is possible with the effect of (1), which leads to the draw of (2). Deploying monsters without summoning rights and recovering ad can be a lubricant for Cybers.
However, it is necessary to send this card to his GY as a premise. I'm reluctant to put this card on my precious 《Foolish Burial》. I can't deny the feeling that it's a little unbalanced as a preparation for one draw.
I'm at a loss whether to adopt it as a salvage candidate for Rom Claudia.
However, since it's level 1, it can be used as 《Linkuriboh》, and it has many advantages such as being able to salvage with the effect of Firewall. Whether or not you put it in will depend on how much value you find in one draw.
It's not essential, but it's a valuable draw source, and I think it's an excellent card, so 7 points.

When he is salvaged from GY, he has the effect of being Special Summoned, and in that way he has the effect of drawing 1 when he uses the Special Summoned himself as a link material.
It has a moderately strong combo effect, but as already mentioned, there aren't many options for Cyberse-related cards that can salvage this card.
Above all, the negative point is that it is his LIGHT, which many Cybers belong to, and even if he is a candidate to bring with Cybers Codec, he adopts a card that is a little easier to use than a card that is operated on the premise of such a combo. It seems to be a better idea to do so.
Overall, it's an interesting effect, but I'm not sure if I should use it over his rival's Cyberse, which is more user-friendly. If you want to use it, I recommend that you use it as a set with ROM Cloudia.

As a result of being told that Cyberse consumes a lot of cards, he has a series of surging draw effects. It's true that a 1-draw is attractive, but it's a little difficult considering how much effort it takes to drop to GY. Once you drop it into GY, you can reuse it as many times as you want. As already said, the salvage cards are about ROM Cloudia and Prohibit Snake. I have to say that it would be a waste to salvage this guy with FWD.

ROM and FWD are the first to come to mind when it comes to fishing with Cybers. It can also be deployed in combat with the new Snake as well, but with this stat it's kind of pointless.
The draw effect is great for Cybers, but the drawback is that you have to use the first half of the effect.

It seems that the communication delay that occurs during the hourglass on that PC is called "Latency". huh?
It has an effect that allows you to Special Summon when it is salvaged by an effect, and an effect that allows you to draw 1 card if you use this card that was put out by this effect as a link material.
It's a tactic that's often used in anime, but it's an excellent tactic that has excellent compatibility with ROM Claudia's summoning salvage effect, allowing you to instantly prepare Link 2 and draw. However, the only Cybers with salvage effects are that Claudia and the new Profibit, and it's a little tough to send this card to his GY in advance.
Also, there are many rivals in Cybers that can be caught and Special Summoned from the hand at high speed, so it may be difficult to use this card that requires preparation. The gains are great and the losses are small.
