By the way, it doesn't mesh with the latter half of the effect, but it can also be salvaged with the same name.
The important thing to take advantage of the latter half of the effect is to quickly cut the Dark Dragon Link.
It's possible to put him in GY by relying only on this effect.
The effect is strong, but I don't feel like I'm blessed with a deck that I can use, and if he can make a deck that works well, he'll be able to play an active role.

However, he doesn't have the Rokket name, he tends to use summoning powers, and he can't activate the GY effect right away.
It's not bad, but it's hard to prioritize. That's my impression.

A support card for his deck, especially the Rokket and Borrel lineage, which is dominated by DARK Dragons.
You can collect lower grade dragons by entering the field, but low grade dragons are surprisingly useful for categories, so their use is limited.
The effect in the second half is powerful, and it's nice to be able to revive anything from GY's Dragon/DARK, even though he's one tempo behind. Mixing a few sheets of Rokket/Borrel works just fine.

With the effect of (1), you can salvage all "Rokket" monsters, so I think it works well with the "Rokket" Deck.
