Comprehensive evaluation: It is quite useful if many level 5 or more which can be summoned without release are used.
When using monsters that can be summoned without release, such as 《Coach Captain Bearman》and 《Qliphort Carrier》, if 1, 2, 5, or 6 rolls, it's the same thing.
If you put a monster in GY, it will also respond when 3 or 4 comes out.
It seems that there are many patterns that can be done with 《Double Summon》, but you can compensate for his ATK drop with 《Beast King Barbaros》with Special Summon, and if you are lucky, you can aim to attack with Revive.
Ingenuity is required so that it can be used with any eye, but it is not so much that it cannot be used.

Normal Spell that can perform 3 types of deployment assistance using dice and LP cost.
All three are useful effects in their own way, but monsters that are compatible with each other are different, and the effect you want to use will also change depending on the situation, so if you use it properly, you can't aim for it. There are some very tough ones.
If a card with a dice-rolling effect is on the field, you can choose the effect without rolling the dice, and if you pay the LP cost without basics, you can freely choose the effect, so it would have been pretty strong.

... But it's a Normal Spell, and it requires 1000 LP, so it's painful that it's sober and difficult to use.

None of the effects are bad, but being randomly selected is out of the question.
