Comprehensive evaluation: Can it be put to practical use if Kaiju is sent in and the level is adjusted?
Since it refers to the level of the opponent's monster, it is possible to leave it up to the opponent to make a lower rank.
Kana should be able to use Kaiju or 《Santa Claws》to bring out monsters of any level.
Aim for a combo that uses Grinder Golem or Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju as his Special Summon on the opponent's field to get Helios Trice Megistus, then use Inferno Tempest from the suicide attack.

If you meet the conditions, you can use it even at the highest level, but if it's too dependent on the opponent and Trap is slow, I don't think it's worth using in a combo.
Piquekura fan rather than practicality, is it suitable for appreciation?

Are you a pickeler? Clan faction?
A card that spawns a monster of the same level as your opponent, later followed by his Quick-Play Spell of almost the same name.
The slow point about Trap cards is that they can be put out on the opponent's turn and connected to combos, so even if it's good, it's pretty hard to rely on the opponent.
Currently, there are a lot of low-level monsters that can be used as materials, so I want to match it with that, but in that case, it's not that different from 《Isshiki Hatsuhatsu》, but if you focus on high-level monsters, you can even face Machine Knight, Cozmo, and some Synchro Fusion Decks. Without it, you wouldn't even have a chance to activate it.
Of course, Xyz and Link cannot be targeted, so it is necessary to determine the stage of the material before activating it.
It may be interesting as a play element when playing against each other with special decks, but it is difficult to use in actual battle.

The activation conditions are strict, but if you successfully activate it, you can scare your opponent.
…that's all.
The illustrations are nice, but...

It's a Special Summon from your hand, and the level depends on the opponent, so it's a difficult card. If it's level 4, you can usually activate it without too much trouble, but if you're a lower class, you don't need to go out of your way to summon it during the opponent's turn, which is easy to deal with, so the existence of Double Summon is also a concern. It would be nice to have Creature Swap for something like Barbaros, which can be Compromised Summoned, so that you can get Superlative cards from your hand, but that would increase the accident rate.

A card that summons a monster of the same level as the opponent's monster.
If possible, I would like to put out monsters of advanced level or higher, but the point of depending on the opponent is severe,
There is no guarantee that you will have a suitable monster in your hand.
Even if you can play it, there is a high possibility that it will be removed before your turn comes...

It's the same level, so it's still tough to be stable.
You can also get advanced cards, but you have to have them in your hand = the accident factor is in your hand.
As long as he's there, even his Special Summon is a strong category because he's a furicie, but...
Anyway, it is unstable on top of being highly dependent on the other party. Once decided, it's not the realm of strong.

The condition of "same level" is tough, but it's one of the cards that allows you to make a surprise attack from your hand during the opponent's turn.
You can put out wall monsters before synchronizing, and put out recruiters when you declare an attack.
The biggest disadvantage is that it is difficult to aim and put out due to the nature that it must be in the hand.
