His level 8 Odd-Eyes, melody, made it possible to match scales 0 and 8 by bringing this card and the Dragon of Death with Melody.
The P effect is an EX Dragon P recovery with a cost of one card in your hand, and although the cost is a little painful, it is excellent to reuse the EX Dragon, and the scale is 0, so it is difficult to put it in the P zone and get in the way.
The monster effect is the effect of abandoning the P summon and doing a Special Summon, the debuff during battle, and the P summoning is difficult due to the level, so I am grateful for my own Special Summon effect, but it is quite painful to abandon the P summoning, so I choose where to use it. Rather, it would be better to think about recruiting with Ark Pendulum. It is no exaggeration to say that among the Odd-Eyes monsters, it has the highest performance as a single monster.
Although it has some peculiarities, it is a card that has excellent effects especially in battle, so he wants to use it in the Odd-Eyes Deck.

The effect of Special Summon is strong regardless of scale, but the disadvantage of not being able to P summon feels a bit painful.
However, there are plenty of search means, and the effect of lowering 1000 by the number of P of EX Deck is also strong.

Pendulum Scale is excellent at 0, although it is not very useful in Odd-Eyes. In addition, it has the effect of collecting EX Dragon P, which is appreciated after the new rule.
It has a strange Special Summon method, but there is a restriction that P summoning is not possible, and I think that this is a deck that basically uses P summoning a lot due to the summoning conditions, so it's a bit painful, myself. There are no particular summoning restrictions and there are plenty of ways to summon, so I'd like to use it only for emergencies. Also, since it is level 8, it is difficult to use as a material derived from Odd-Eyes, and currently it is difficult to P-summon.
Although there are some points that do not mesh with the P effect, it weakens the monsters that fight up to the number of P on the front side of the EX, has a large descent value, and does not target, so it has a high breakthrough power.
It is extremely blessed with races, attributes, and categories, and has a wealth of search methods, making it easy to bring it to the place you need it.
There are many quirks, but there are many points that are useful, and it is easy to function even if you keep the number of adoptions low, so I think it's not a loss to use it as a hidden trump card.

His new Odd-Eyes monster with a recovery effect that seems to match Darkwurm's restrictions.
At level 8, he has a Blue-Eyed status, which puts him in a difficult position to handle as Odd-Eyes, just like Lancer, but for the first time in Pendulum Monster, he corresponds to the Awakening Melody. This is plain but happy.
It's a little inconvenient because it requires a hand cost, but he can collect any Dragon P monster. It will mainly be aimed at reusing Opp who goes to EX Deck by himself and Revolution Dragon.
Combat ability is also mediocre. Since his ATK is lowered by the number of face-up cards in the EX Deck, the effect will become more useful in the latter half of the match. Since it does not take targets, it has the ability to knock down even Chaos MAX. It doesn't have any resistance, but it looks like I can push it side by side with Lancer while setting up Ark P.
I have a feeling Odd-Eyes will be getting closer to Brain Muscle Deck.

Scale is 0 and there is a hand cost, but EX recovery is excellent
The monster effect is also a good performance that can be active depending on the scene

His Odd-Eyes used by the manga version Yuya, also known as Phantom.
In the original, it was a romantic summoning method called Overscale Pendulum, but it was reproduced under the condition that it can only be summoned from the hand and cannot be summoned by other cards.
The debuff of the monster effect has a large reduction range, and if it passes, it will deal nearly 3000 damage.
The P effect is to discard the hand and collect the dragon P from the extra, so it can be used quite well.
The scale of 0 is also attractive.
The RBI and scale are excellent, and Odd-Eyes Revolution has methods such as searching and recruiting from Ark P, so I think it is possible to use 1.2 copies.

His Pendulum Scale is 0, but currently Odd-Eyes doesn't really need a level 1 for his deck, and a scale of 1 is often enough, so it's not that much of an advantage. As for the salvage of the Pendulum effect, he has a wide range of Dragon P monsters, but considering that 《D/D/D Destiny King Zero Laplace》can be recovered from extras at no cost, the hand cost still hurts. If it was limited to "Odd-Eyes" P monsters, would it have cost nothing? The Special Summon effect has two cards in the P zone, and the face-up "Odd-Eyes" P monster in the extra deck is bound to the hand limit and the stiff, but even the P summon is abandoned. I don't understand what you mean. For the time being, Special Summon can be done outside the Pendulum Scale, so it can be used in an emergency. It's a shame that level 8 can't be searched with 《Spiral Flame Strike》. 《Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon》search is supported, so is it possible to insert one?

Just cut one card from your hand with the P effect
Being able to collect Dragon P monsters that are familiar with the EX Deck is excellent
And don't underestimate the debuff during battle
Isn't 1000 down quite strong with one P monster in the EX Deck?
