Summoning would be easy in Cyberse. The marker is only added in one place, but it can be used in the main and EX.
It has destruction resistance, but it exposes 1000 hit points with a link that can't be used as a defense, and in the first place, it's recommended to be a material due to the effect of 2, so it feels like a bonus and it's hard to say it's very useful.
It also has a self-regenerating effect, but since it activates GY, it is easy to deal with because it has low surprise attacks and abundant removal other than destruction.

Others can use Link Monsters to give themselves resistance, but with only ATK and only 1000 RBIs, it's more of a punching bag than a wall.
