It is one of the Sky Striker Spells, and even though it is conditional, 《Infinite Impermanence》& 《Change of Heart》in the Quick-Play Spell are powerful.
Sky Striker Ace Monsters often have mediocre stats in the early stages, and their ability to block and steal the effects of large monsters is quite impressive.
