There is also a similar card called 《Recoded Alive》, but this one has the advantage that it doesn't need to be a Link 3 in the activation conditions, so it's nice to be able to call the "Accesscode Talker" monster directly from the EX Deck.
It's natural to use 《Transcode Talker》as link material in the same turn you call it, so you don't have to worry too much about its disadvantages as long as it's not removed.
It is also possible to call 《Accesscode Talker》directly, although I don't think it is done very often.
In the anime, it was properly called a "limit counter", and I believe it was a Continuous Trap, but in the OCG it seems to have been changed for some reason.

A powerful card that can Special Summon "Accesscode Talker" monsters from the EX Deck. For that reason, it has a very heavy pledge of once per duel, and GY needs his Cyberse Link Monster, and if you can't remove the counter during your end phase, it will be destroyed immediately. The counter depends on the number of his Cyberse Link Monsters in his GY, so one is guaranteed unless chained and eliminated. It's difficult to survive the opponent's turn, so it's mostly just an attack or a link material. Currently, there are 9 "Accesscode Talker" monsters, but honestly, can't you find a card that you want to use this card to put out? Of course, if it can be activated, Link 3 will suddenly appear and there is no difference in being powerful.

I really like the illustrations.
Since it's a trap, you can use it for follow-up attacks, and if you use it at the end of the duel, it should be easy to accumulate counters.
Above all, it's wonderful to be able to use the EX Deck instead of the GY.

His Accesscode Talker support that appeared after Ricodetto, compared to that, this one doesn't care if the monster that triggers is his Cyber Slink.
Cyber Slink has a lot of versatility, and he often goes to GY as a relay, so I think the activation conditions are even easier than Ricodet, which requires Link 3.
However, as easy as it is, there are many more difficulties. Also, he can only be activated once per duel, so it's hard to load him up on the deck.
Unlike Ricordette, he has no additional effects from GY.
However, it is a big advantage that you can use Code Talker, which is a little heavy like Ricodet, without any restrictions other than the revival restrictions, so I think it is a card that is easy to use even in high links.
The number of types of Accesscode Talker should still increase, and if a card that can search for Accesscode Talker support like Bramage appears in the future, I think that the evaluation will rise, so it is a card that can be expected in the future.

It's OK to exclude Link 1 guys.
Power chords, etc. can be output unconditionally. If you put it out, you can use it as a material on the next turn.

A trap card that can only be activated once during the duel that finally came out.
When GY has a Cyberse Link, Special Summon an Accesscode Talker monster from the EX Deck, equip this card, and he has the effect of placing a counter equal to the number of her Cyberse Links in GY. Destroy Accesscode Talker when this equipped card disappears from the field or when the counter that disappears every end phase runs out.
It is worthy of praise that he can activate Accesscode Talker with one Trap card quite forcibly, but the restrictions after that are by no means light. However, the effects of Accesscode Talker are not negated and can be used for materials, so the uses of Accesscode Talker are quite rich.
It's pretty weak against your opponent's removal, but if you consider that he can wield Accesscode Talker freely with just one card for a few turns, it might not be so bad.
