Decks that can be prioritized even with P Deck are somewhat limited.

It is one of the "Pendulum" cards, and can collect different monsters with the same scale from the EX Deck.
Since it's a collectible card, it may go bad in the early game, but now that his Pendulum Summon from the EX Deck is restricted, it's a nice card to have.
However, depending on the Pendulum Deck, the scale is often different, so his Deck that can be used will be limited.
One of the features is that it is blatantly compatible with the Mythical Beast that appeared in the same pack.

His Special Summon from Extras is limited by the new rules, showing his Pendulum-themed relief card, making it plain hard to use. You need monsters with the same P scale but different card names, and if you don't do well in the early stages as well as the middle stages, they will spoil. There's no reason why the 1:2 exchange is weak, but there are many cases where this card is unnecessary if the extras are that good. Since it supports the search for 《Duelist Alliance》, it would be nice to pin it and bring it when you need it.

His Pendulum has been severely weakened by the new Master Rule, especially with Special Summon from the EX Deck. Therefore, collecting cards from the EX Deck is of great significance.
Of course, the P-summon scale cannot be adjusted with the two collected cards, but if you prepare other cards, you should be able to P-summon. You can also use it for the P effect.
It goes well with a deck that has a fixed card scale as a theme. It's an excellent salvage card, so it's reliable as a force.

At first glance, weakening his Pendulum seemed right... but that was a big mistake!
A card that collects two alias monsters with the same scale from extras.
The scale needs to be the same, so it should work for Magician, Zefra, Igknight, Dinomist, etc.

A little boost to the weakened P theme in Master Rule 4. It's simple to have 2 copies of 1, but it doesn't make sense if you don't have enough extras, so it's a bit slow.
I think it's going to be a pretty important card for Magician and Majespecter, which are related to Zarc, which has a fixed Pendulum Scale. Qliphort can make it with 《Hidden Hull》which can be searched for with 《Qliphort Scout》.
