If it's an angel with Valhalla, it's easy to set the conditions, but 2:1 is not worth it unless it's a powerful card with a considerable strengthening value, and it's an offensive reaction and can't be used offensively.
If you're doing combat tricks, the Quick-Play Spell enhancement, which can also be used offensively, is more stable and easier to handle. Cards like Barrier Force are also great competitors for offensive reactions.
There are some points of differentiation, such as being a DARK angel monster and being able to change the attack target, but even considering that, I think it is impossible to give priority to other enhancement cards with this weight and difficulty of use.
