A card that can salvage Cyberse monsters when successfully summoned. Salvaging Cyberse monsters is a valuable effect. With 《Salamangreat Meer》or 《Latency》, it will be Special Summoned immediately after collecting it in your hand, so I think it would be good to combine it with this.
The second effect is to recruit Cybers when destroyed. The activation condition is a little passive, but it's a reasonable condition. Since it can be activated even if you destroy it with your own effect, there is a possibility that it will change depending on the new Cybers that will be implemented in the future.

Cybers with salvage effects are still few in number, so even when summoned, this low-level monster with this effect is quite valuable.
Currently, Cybers is good at searching effects and deploying from the hand, so even though it can be recruited directly, the somewhat passive activation conditions in the latter half should basically be viewed as a bonus.

However, both effects are not bad, and even on their own they have the power of an attacker, so they can deal with weak and weak effects.

The ability to salvage "Cyberse" monsters other than those with the same name would be appreciated in a "Cyberse" Deck. In particular, if you salvage 《Backup Secretary》, you can immediately get a Special Summon, which I think is great.
