Cyberse Level 2 Normal Monster, that's all I can say at the moment.

In "Cyberse", I think the strength is that you can recruit "Draconnet" and revive "Cyberse Gadget" to link monsters whose materials are tied to "Cyberse".
Compared to "Bitron", I think it's great that you can search for "Draconnet" and "Cyberse Gadget" by combining it with "Cynet Backdoor" due to its high ATK.
