Overall Rating: Equip Spell Poor return with recovery and 1500 damage.
Even with 《Vylon Matter》, which has no activation conditions, he can draw while collecting Equip Spells.
1500 damage isn't a bad return, but considering the time and effort required to prepare Power Tool Dragon, it doesn't seem worth it.

As expected of a card that can't be activated unless the named S monster is on the field, it has a lonely performance.
It's a trap card, so even if you replenish the Deck with Equip Spells that search for power tools, there's probably a better card out there.
Will it be better than dedicated support for Ancient Fairies that aren't even OCG?
There are many cases where anime cards are turned into OCG as good cards if they are laid down, so I guess it was too early.

As you can imagine, it is activated when 《Power Tool Dragon》is face-up. There is a burn effect like a bonus, but the multiplier of 500 is too low. "Vylon Matter" is a Normal Spell, so it can be used immediately, and it doesn't lose any add.
