Since it can be removed ignoring resistances, it is a valuable card that can counter even combos using 《Number 86: Heroic Champion - Rhongomyniad》and 《Sales Ban》. However, rock-paper-scissors, an element involving luck, tests the duelist's destiny.
There are other counter cards, so I am the strongest rock-paper-scissors! If you're not that kind of person, you probably won't put it in the Deck first... It's a very unique card, so I personally rate it relatively.
It was implemented in MD at the beginning of this year, but what a legacy UR. If you're lucky, use it to blow your opponent's mind.

Comprehensive evaluation: A game of luck which cannot be operated is too risky.
There is also the possibility of losing your own monster, and although luck is involved, it is inconvenient to only be able to exchange 1:1.
Other trap cards that can be reliably removed are more consistent.
There is a way to reuse it even with backside exclusion.
