Crazy firework craftsman. Has two effects related to Full Burn.
The first effect is the ability to shoot this card itself as Meteor of Destruction from your hand. However, Drawskip does not play well with Full Burn in the Full Body Armory. It will be necessary to devise ways such as limiting it to lead firepower or using it as a set with 《Reckless Greed》.
