Since this card itself is a tuner, it couldn't be connected to anything as it was, but with the appearance of Link, that problem was solved.
It is a pity that the compatibility with 141 is subtle because it can only be effective with Normal Summon. Place where you want to bring from around one chan only for dogs in combination with development cards such as confit.
It has a low stat and a general effect, so I think it has a bright future depending on the future support.

Until now, even if two tuners were lined up at the time of summoning, the only way to use them was to double-tune or use other non-tuners to make them S materials, so it was a lackluster existence, but mainly thanks to Hari Fiber and Link Summoning, even the level is particularly important. There is less need.
There are plenty of other tuners out there that have catching effects and are easy to deploy, but if you use them in a Beast or a full tuner Deck, it's worth keeping them in the corner of your head.
