Decks that put out link 1 and then expand to links 2 and 3 are restricted, and you need to think about the expansion route.
Even if you think so, the binding power is weak, and there are too few opponents who can metabolize it more than 《Summon Limit》.
《Nibiru, the Primal Being》is more effective as a meta because it has immediate effect.

A disappointing meta trap that was too loose and completely unrestrictive if you expanded the gate a little more than "Summon Limit".
In the case of Pendulum, the EX monster's material is pulled out from the extra, so it may have been somewhat effective against Pendulum before the rule change, but prepare an EX monster that can remove this card by the third body. It shouldn't be difficult, and most of the time it's just a figurine that can't be tied to anything.
No matter how much I want to move, no one will ride under these conditions and I won't get anything.

Masochistic material. Goyo is back, but the other 3 will probably get life imprisonment without errata.
You can deter the deployment from EX, but if you allow 3 bodies, it's not a deterrent at all, as already said.
He's pretty much unaffected by the deck in the first place, as it's a removal within limits. The P Deck, which was reasonably effective, has become less likely to come out of EX due to the rule change.
Even if it is used up, it will still be more reliable if you use it per notification.
I think it's just an illustration card.

In terms of performance, the presence of Troymare Phoenix is very large, and since it doesn't put much pressure unless it's a Solitaire Deck, 《Summon Limit》is easier to play an active role.
Also, as usual, if you can't prepare it in advance, it will rot. I think the number of inputs should be about 1.

Of course, if it's a Pendulum theme and the extras are plentiful, that's possible, but the meta is too subtle.
