It's limited to direct attacks and vulnerable to removal, so the risk is high, and it's honestly not worth the price for just one draw, so I'd like to make the most of the latter half of the summons.
However, without trickery, it's all up to luck, and if the monster is advanced, there shouldn't be any release personnel unless it's directly attacked by an attacker, so it has quite a few peculiarities.
You'll need to chain to the activation and use a resurrection card, or you'll need to use it in conjunction with something like a ruse.
The conditions are passive, and combos are desirable, so I think it's a pretty bad card on its own.
