Overall Rating: Trap is better because it can remove attacking monsters.
Compared to cards that remove attacking monsters, it only deals burn damage in exchange for destroying her own Psychic monsters in battle.
Even if Psychic has an effect when destroyed in combat, it tends to make the burn damage not worth it.

Destroys the opponent's monster on the condition that it is destroyed in battle, and also comes with Burn bonus. 1200 burns at level 4 is pretty good, but it doesn't prevent battle destruction, and even if it's the same attack-reactive card, I'm not sure if I should go out of my way to include it. There is also a similar general-purpose card "Chaos Burst", and since it is released instead of being destroyed in battle, it does not cause battles damage, and it can be activated even if there is "Macro Cosmos", so this one is not as easy to use. Recovery and damage are generally referred to as damage, but it seems that people have different tastes when it comes to huge recovery and moderate damage. Personally, I think this would be fine, but if neither of them seem to be able to protect their own cards, it seems likely that neither of them will be used...
