The animation effect was too much of a gamble, so it was speculated that there would be no OCG adaptation as it was, so I settled on a much better effect. However, it's not bad as a card that can completely revive, but it's troublesome that the level changes. It is possible to revive in the opponent's end phase and restore it to its original level on your turn, but in this case the effect negate will pull the red-eyed dice. There is also 《Speed Recovery》that can revive non-Tuners, so it has the effect of ②, but it is difficult to use.

This effect is basically used in the SR Deck, but non-tuner SR monsters are 3 stars or higher, so if the dice rolls a high number, the required level will be exceeded and Synchro Summoning will not be possible. I don't think it's a good idea to use it unnecessarily, unless you're going to lose if you don't bet.
Luckily, Tuner Resurrection and Synchro Summoning are separate effects, so the basic usage should be to revive in the End Phase, restore your level, and connect to Synchro Summoning during the Battle Phase on your next turn. Chambarida's follow-up attacks, in particular, often have enough ATK to decide the game.
