While it's easy to use as a monster because of the lax activation conditions and level 3, he's actually a slow Trap monster, which is a bottleneck. It's just a vanilla with 0 attack and defense in monster state, and I'm worried that it doesn't make sense to use it other than as a material.
Also, his GY effect is limited to his own turn, but it cannot be used on the turn sent to GY, so the characteristics of the trap card are almost destroyed. It is also difficult that negate can only do Counter Trap or Trap that comes flying from your hand these days.
The impression that the surrounding environment is not blessed with more than the bare specs stands out.

It can be deployed as a monster, and its level is 3, which is easy for Phantom Knights to handle, but it can not be used as a wall because it is issued in Attack Position and has 0 offense and defense.

Having 0 ATK and DEF is a problem, but the ability to negate the opponent's Trap card with the GY exclusion effect is attractive. You can negate it by chaining it to a trap and activating it. However, it is a pity that it cannot be used on the turn sent to GY, and that it has no surprise attack.

Since it has ATK 0, it can't be used as a wall even if chained, so during the opponent's turn, if you get hit with destruction other than the main 2, it will go straight to GY. It is good to activate it if it is not broken up to the main 2 and use it as a material on the next turn. Because it is level 3, it is big that it is easy to handle in The Phantom Knights. Also, the effect of GY activation is very good, and he can stop power cards such as "Dimensional Barrier", "Extraordinary", and "Vanity's Emptiness". However, please note that Counter Trap is impossible due to speed. You can't use the turn sent to GY, so you can't defend the summoned turn even if you use Xyz material, so be careful. Either way, I think it's a pretty good Trap monster.

I think it's great that (2) the Trap negate effect allows you to play 《Bottomless Trap Hole》on that turn without fear.
The effect of (1) is also useful as a rank 3 material for the "The Phantom Knights" Deck, which has a lot of level 3.
I think it's also a strength that it supports search by 《The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots》and 《The Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak》, and his sending of GY by 《The Phantom Knights of Ragged Gloves》.

PP New The Phantom Knights is probably the most excellent card.
☆ 3 makes it compatible with other The Phantom Knights. Also, his GY effect's Trap negate effect is excellent, and it's reassuring to be able to negate the opponent's Skidre and 《Vanity's Emptiness》. But I wonder if there is space in his The Phantom Knights to put this in other frames just for that, no (antonym)

It's the same specs as the fog sword, so it can be used as a general purpose. As a trap monster, it's a small fish vanilla that doesn't even make a wall, so I want to quickly send it to his GY as various materials.
