Overall evaluation: I think it's better to use a steal card in the main phase.
If it is your turn, you will aim to steal the opponent's monsters and directly attack or destroy them in battle.
But the same thing can be done by stealing an opponent's monster and turning it into some extra monster in his deck.
The disadvantage of this is that if you do not remove it during battle, it will be returned as it is.
The fact that you can use it during the opponent's battle phase to steal the opponent's monsters and use them as a shield is an advantage that other control-stealing Normal Spells don't have, but it doesn't seem to be a priority.

It's a no-cost control capture, but it can only be used during the battle phase, and it's hard to use when it's returned at the end of the battle phase and has a short expiration date.
After the effect is activated, you can't hit anything other than the stolen monster, so it's difficult to use it as a means of steadily earning battles damage unless you combine it with a direct attacker.
If you use it without thinking about it, it tends to feel a little dull, but if you incorporate a card or combo that requires a cost in the battle phase, it has the potential to turn into something else... I think.
