RR has many Effect Monsters with the same name and turn 1 restriction, and most of the cards are not good even if you put out the same name monster from the Deck.
On top of that, the fact that it is tied down greatly lowers the evaluation of this card.
However, it's not a completely worthless card, it simply gives you one more Xyz and Link material that can be SSed on the first move, making it a little stronger against interference such as opponent's hand triggers.
Many RR monsters are basically stacked in multiples, so it seems that there is almost no chance of an accident coming in the first hand.
As expected, it's a card that isn't needed for anything other than the initial move, but it's probably worth pinning into a fuzzy-type pure RR that suffers from its disadvantages.

I want to get at least rank 4! Even with that purpose, the end, reinforcement, dark griffer, and Samopuri are prioritized, so surprisingly there is no reason to use it.

It would be nice if there was a case where Wise, which doesn't let Rastri or 《Cattle Call》pass, → Regular X Summon → RUM. If you have this card, you may not be able to stop the development with Urara, Veiler, and 《Infinite Impermanence》. It's easy to stop when Wise's recruiting is hindered, so it's good to make Urara waste a shot. Even if you get shot, it will connect to Call → Force Strix later. If it's a pure construction based on Ultimate Falcon, it doesn't suffer from any disadvantages, so I recommend using 1-2 copies.

It can be expected to improve the deployment power, but since there are many restrictions on RRs that can be activated with the same name, it is difficult to earn ads even if you call them with the same name.
I can't say it's a card that's easy to handle as a deployment card. It's not that I'm weak at all, and I do have a turn when it comes to building fans.

RR Recruit... sounds good, but
Defense Position, only RR can be issued, same name binding, same name turn 1 and binding are too heavy and not very convenient.
