As already said, rivals such as Wavering Eyes and Tsuitsui are tough. It tends to be influenced by the situation and the opponent, and I think that the compensation for that is severe for a spell 1 psych. Consider that you can search in Advent.

Despite being released after 《Wavering Eyes》, I have to say that it is inferior to 《Wavering Eyes》in every aspect. The Normal Spell is deadly, and it's not that severe that it can't be activated during the opponent's turn to interfere with the Pendulum Summoning.

Normal Spell It can only be used during your turn, and the effect you get is just a cyclone (only your opponent).
The best rival is 《Wavering Eyes》. The Mirror of the Pendulum Deck can be destroyed without depleting resources, and the most important thing is his Quick-Play Spell.
His Deck other than Pendulum adopts this card...?

The effect itself is perfect. Pendulum Annihilate is good for his Pendulum meta, and the accompanying Cyclone effect is a pretty good effect as a bonus.
However, the existence of a Quick-Play Spell that can do the same thing as 《Wavering Eyes》becomes a thorn in my eye.
All of the accompanying effects are stronger with Wavering Eyes, especially when there are 3 or more, Wavering Eyes activates a removal effect.
There is a big gap between fast attack and normal, and it seems like Wavering Eyes will take the place, but if my deck doesn't use his Pendulum, is there a lot of chances for me to adopt him? In that case, the rival is around Twin Twisters.

It seems quite annoying when used. It would be better if it wasn't a quick spell.
